OttoServ is not an emergency-response or dispatch service.

Do not use OttoServ for immediate danger

If there is fire, gas odor, active flooding, electrical danger, structural instability, violence, a medical emergency, or another immediate threat, stop and contact 911, the appropriate utility, or a qualified emergency service.

Submitting an intake does not dispatch anyone, reserve a professional, or create an emergency-response obligation.
